Joint–Stock Company "RUDOAUTOMATIKA named after V.V.Safoshin" hereby notifies that in 2018, repeated cases of the appearance on sale of counterfeit devices for protective disconnection of three-phase alternating current networks with a voltage of 380V, 220V and 127V of the semiconductor leakage relay type (hereinafter referred to as RUP type protective disconnection devices) under the trademark the sign "JSC "RUDOAUTOMATIKA named after V.V.Safoshin"" of unknown origin and quality.

Decision of the Federal Antimonopoly Service Administration for the Kursk Region dated 23.10.2019.

Fake protective shutdown devices of the RUP type are manufactured without observing the technological process.

JSC "RUDOAUTOMATIKA named after V. V. Safoshin" declares that it is the only official manufacturer of the original devices of the protective shutdown of the RUP. The authority to manufacture or use the trademark of JSC "RUDOAUTOMATIKA named after V. V. Safoshin" has not been delegated to third parties and is not planned in the future.

Only a real manufacturer or an authorized dealer can guarantee the safety of the product and the compliance of all declared parameters with valid ones.
